Steel and Rubber Conveyor Belts
Steel conveyor belts are usually employed for large part blasting at foundries and forges in hot environments. A steel conveyor belt must always have the links inspected, with the purpose of keeping them at the best possible condition. Good conveyor belt alignment is preserved through the substitution of links, always by pairs. Steel conveyor belt sleepers in good condition will avoid link rupture. Pins, rollers and busshings for steel conveyor assembly are produced at SINTO with special thermally treated steel and adequate hardness levels.
