Filters and cartridges
Good exhaustion system operation is very important for the efficiency of a blasting machine. Sand, fine particles and other contaminants within the grit operating mix can increase blasting times and drastically reduce blade and other part lifetimes. Such problem can be avoided through adequate maintenance of the exhaustion and dust collection systems. SINTO parts, accessories and control devices are efficient for heavy duty filter operations and less maintenance downtime.
Cartridge Filters
We supply cartridge filters for several applications. Pleated pape or polyester made for high filtering performance.
Filter Sleeves
We supply filter sleeves for several applications. Made with needled fabric and with high filtering capability.
Operation Control Manometers
Manometer at the collector is able to indicate positive operation of dust collection system and filtering system. A reliable and well maintained manometer is essential for the presrvation of a clean environment, for longer equipment life and for better dust filtering.
Venturi Component
Venturi component helps filtering efficiency of dust collector and allows for extra energy economy anf cost reduction. Easy to install and maintain, SINTO Venturi provides a larger cleaning area of filtering media, with less compressed air utilization.
