Abrasive Separators
Due to constant production changes within industrial companies, resizings might be necessary in order to suit different manipulation, separation and grit cleaning. Significative useful life stretchings can be obtained for parts subject to abrasion through the utilization of new CFS SINTO separators. These are applied to older equipment with rotational or gravitational separators.
Such system controls the constant abrasive flow up to the separation point. When adequately operated, it promotes a consistent removal of fine particles through a uniform curtain generation. Air flow can, as a consequence, remove all dust derived from the blasting process. CFS separators are equipped with a rotating sieve manufactured in highly wear resistant steel and able to automatically remove larger contaminants from the operative mix. SINTO rotating sieves have a new design for quick screen change and the avoidance of the full group substitution.
CFS separators can be easily adapted to most blasting equipment.
