SYSTEM OF “SINTOLIP” REPLACEABLE BLADES
Aiming to minimize downtime for maintenance of your equipment, we created the “SINTOLIP” unique system. This system consists of arrow-shaped replaceable wear segments protecting the entire edge of the blade base. These segments are fixed by screws specially designed for this purpose, thus avoiding wear and ensuring the locking screw, protected by our cover. That is, the wear occurs only in replaceable segments by simply exchanging these wear parts without the need to exchange the entire blade, and as this operation is quick and simple, it can be done in the field, minimizing maintenance downtime.
