The foundry of Sinto Brasil was entirely designed by leading experts of the group, with the latest equipment, where we highlight the modern HSP D molding equipment that produces high precision molds ensuring the consistent production of parts with minimal dimensional changes. The finish of the BRS parts are made in the best blasting equipment in the world because the SINTO Group is placed between the two largest groups in the world in the blast cleaning business.

HEAT TREATMENT
A key feature in ground engaging tools is its final hardness obtained through heat treatment. Due to the high demand for uniform hardness in parts destined for the line of blast cleaning and thus meet all requirements of Sinto Group worldwide quality, BRS developed with technical support from the technological center of Japan, a microprocessor control system fully automatic of the heat treatment furnace and a highly controlled manufacturing process. All this innovation is used in the manufacture process of the ground engaging tools, so the variations in hardness of BRS products can be considered minimal.
